I'm confused.... What is the Pilot CM nib everyone seems to be raving ...
After all, this seems to be the width that most European pen companies would mark as ‘Fine Italic’, and Pilot’s ‘M’-graded nibs are closer in width to what most European companies would mark as ‘Fine’, so it would be logically-coherent.

Pilot Metro ink not flowing - The Fountain Pen Network
Oh, Radioclub. I'm so sorry you are having this problem and with your first pen too! Please know that in general fountain pens are trouble free and a joy to use. Just out of curiosity what kind of pen is it and what ink are you using?? It's okay haha!! I'm using the Pilot Metropolitan and the ink is the cartridge pilot ink that came with it.

Which 0.5Mm Pen Is Better? Uniball Signo Vs. Pilot G2 Vs. Zebra Sarasa?
The Pilot G2 and Zebra has both bolder and darker ink than the Uniball Signo. The only 0.5mm gel ink pen I did try was the Uniball Signo Black because that is the only one I can get in the stores. So far I'm satisfied with the pen. But to get a pen smaller than 0.7mm in any other brand or color I have to order them online.

How To Fix Pilot Metropolitan - The Fountain Pen Network
Hello everyone. I've got BIG problem with Pilot Metropolitan. It constantly pour out all the ink. No matter what kind of ink or I'm using: Parker Quink, Herbin Perle Noire, Aurora Black, Pelikan Blue, after few shakes (for example in pencil case) everything looks like in the picture shown below. ...

Pilot Prera Vs Pilot Metropolitan Fine Nib - The Fountain Pen Network
The visible part of the nib looks the same, but it seems to me that the collectors and the bases of the nibs are different. The larger collector in the Prera resembles that of the Pilot Varsity disposable, the Pilot Petit-1 and the Platinum Preppy. I think the Prera is wetter, and this may make it feel smoother.

Fine Pens That Take Pilot G2 Refill (Without Adapting)
The Pilot Metropolitan rollerball is an inexpensive option. The snap cap makes it convenient for note taking. I used one in quite a few meetings before I gifted it to a co-worker. My personal favorite is the Sunderland Machine Works MK1. It’s a more expensive ($85) machined pen that utilizes a unique thread-on cap.

Pilot 70th Anniversary Pen - Fountain Pen Reviews - The Fountain Pen ...
Pilot launched Limited Edition Pilot70 in 1988 to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of its Foundation (1918). 7000 pieces were produced. Unfortunately the pen was not so popular when it was released. I can guess the reason : 1 the appearance was thought to be quite simple and plain for anniversary pen. 2 the list price, 38,000yen , was thought to be too expensive. 3 the nib was thought to be ...

How To: Adjust A Dry Writing Pilot Vp Nib (Or Any Nib) For Increased ...
Howdy FPN, Been meaning to throw up this post for a while, especially after seeing so many threads on dry writing Pilot Vanishing Point nibs. I myself am a huge fan of Pilot pens, but the one downside to their line is that many seem to arrive from the factory writing far too dry, especially the h...

Namiki vs Pilot - Japan - Asia - The Fountain Pen Network
Pilot USA sells Namiki Bamboos but no Pilot Bamboos. I suppose in Japan there could be competition between Namiki Maki-e and Pilot Maki-e pens but I have yet to see a non-Maki-e pen sold outside America with the Namiki name. Also not just some but all Namiki pens are made at the Pilot Hiratsuka factory.

Review Of The New Pilot 78G+ Ef (Picture Heavy) - The Fountain Pen Network
Hi, The pens I am reviewing today are the latest version of the 78G that Pilot has started selling exclusively in China since early 2017. My husband has a tiny handwriting and his pens 0.3 pens all seemed too thick for the size he was writing in his agenda in. He also likes the least pretentious ...
